Princess Beatrice is pregnant, expecting second child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi

There’s another royal baby on the way!

Princess Beatrice is pregnant and expecting her second child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.

The couple, who wed in 2020, are expecting their bundle of joy in spring next year.

In a statement Tuesday, the palace’s official social media accounts wrote, “?? Her Royal Highess Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together early in the new year; a sibling for Wolfie and Sienna.”

“? His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news,” the statement concluded.

The sweet announcement was accompanied by a picture of the happy couple embracing, as well as an image of Mozzi taking a walk with his son and their daughter.

The Princess of York, 36, welcomed her first child — a baby girl named Sienna — on Sept. 18, 2021.

Their daughter’s name was a sweet nod to Beatrice’s late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The pair are already parents to daughter Sienna, 3, and Mozzi is also dad to son Christopher “Wolfie” Mapelli Mozzi, whom he shares with ex Dara Huang. RoyalFamily/X

“Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have named their daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi,” Buckingham Palace announced in a statement at the time. “? The couple have said, ‘We are all doing well and Wolfie is the best big brother to Sienna.’”

Mozzi is also a proud dad to 8-year-old son Christopher “Wolfie” Mapelli Mozzi, whom he shares with ex Dara Huang.

“Our life together has just begun, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things that await us,” he wrote after Sienna’s birth.

“Feeling so much love and gratitude for my amazing wife, baby Sienna and Wolfie. These are the days I never want to forget. This week, a friend said to me the sweetest saying….that with every child you grow a whole new heart ?”

The royal baby will be 11th in line to the throne, following closely behind older sister Sienna and mom Beatrice.

This means Beatrice’s sister, Princess Eugenie, is now 12th in line to the throne.

Like Beatrice’s other children, the child will not have a HRH title since Beatrice nor her husband are working royals.
