A fiend was busted for raping and robbing a woman in Harlem, authorities said.
Vincent Allred, 28, allegedly accosted the victim Tuesday at 5:10 a.m. on 124th Street near Lenox Avenue and pulled her between two parked cars.
He twisted her purse strap around her neck and raped her, then ran off with the purse, cops said.
Allred was soon busted, authorities said.

Police arrested a knife-wielding mugger who robbed a man in Hell’s Kitchen, authorities said.
Tyrell Felder, 22, and a cohort accosted the victim at 58th Street and Ninth Avenue last Friday at 12:20 a.m., according to cops.
Felder’s accomplice punched the victim, who dropped an envelope containing $150, cops said.
Felder allegedly pulled a knife and swiped the envelope. He was arrested Tuesday.
Bronx
A gun-toting drug suspect was shot dead by police yesterday after he opened fire on them during a raid at his home, cops said.
When officers knocked on the door of his apartment on Faile Street in Hunts Point at 9:30 a.m., the 48-year-old suspect ran out the basement door into the rear yard — and ended up facing down an officer.
The crazed man shot at the cop first and missed. The officer returned fire and also missed.
A second officer came running from the side of the building and yelled “Drop the gun!”
When the suspect refused, that officer opened fire and hit the man in the abdomen and left leg, authorities said.
The wounded man, whose name was withheld pending family notification, died at Lincoln Hospital.

Two thugs were arrested in an unprovoked attack on a man in Mott Haven that left him in critical condition, police sources said yesterday.
Carlyle Elvin, 21, and Jimmy Johnson, 25, attacked the 47-year-old man trying to help a woman arguing with two other men at 11:30 a.m. on June 8, cops said.
The pair pummeled the Victim, and Johnson bashed him in the head with a baseball bat, police said.
The suspects were captured Tuesday.
Staten Island
A scam artist posing as a government worker in St. George was busted after he duped people into giving him cash in exchange for a supposed job, cops said.
Pretending he worked for the Department of Environmental Protection, Michael Manganaro, 39, allegedly approached his victims near the Staten Island Ferry terminal and told them he could get them a job if they gave him $300, cops said.
After several complaints, investigators baited him with a “job seeker” who forked over cash with the promise of employment, cops said.
Police believe he had scammed at least four victims, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

Cops busted a determined car thief after he tried to evade police by jumping through a window into an apartment in Grymes Hill, authorities said.
Jason Strong, 20, blew through a red light after police tried to stop him for not wearing a seat belt Tuesday at 7 a.m., cops said.
Strong stopped the car and jumped through the window of the home on Gordon Street.
Police found him hiding in the bathroom in his underwear, and then discovered the car had been stolen, cops said.
He was arrested on charges of grand larceny and reckless endangerment, the DA said.
Queens
This guy really needed a happy meal.
A deranged customer jumped over the counter of a Jamaica McDonald’s and threatened to kill the manager.
Darrell Chinnis Kevin, 36, allegedly stormed into the restaurant on Jamaica Avenue near Parsons Boulevard at 4 a.m. on June 13 and screamed, “I’ll break this place down.”
He then jumped over the counter and threatened to kill the manager, authorities said.
Kevin was charged with harassment, according to a spokesperson for DA Richard Brown.

A restaurant patron was busted after he smashed the window of a bar in Jamaica, cops said.
Vidyanand Ramnaraine, 30, punched the window of the Happy Garden Bar and Restaurant, at Hillside Avenue near 179th Street, on June 13 at 3:15 a.m., cops said.
The glass shattered and crashed on the owner’s head, sending him to the hospital.
Ramnaraine was charged with assault and criminal mischief.

Police busted a drunk driver who rear-ended a car and fled the scene in Corona, sources said.
David Gordon, 38, plowed into a Town Car at 82nd Street and Roosevelt Avenue on June 13 at 4:50 a.m., then sped off, cops said.
He was busted a few blocks away and charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an incident.
