A heartless punk who robbed a Belmont toddler of bling last month was busted again — this time for fare-beating, cops said.
Abubakarr Payinkay, 18, of Claremont, missed his court appearance Thursday after he was arrested that morning for fare evasion, authorities said.

The robber was busted the following day on charges of robbery, endangering the welfare of a child and grand larceny, and released on his own recognizance, according to authorities.
He now faces the summons as well — and his next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 21.
