The warm weather came with a hail of bullets Saturday night as nine people, including a 15-year-old girl, were shot across The Bronx and Brooklyn.
None of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
The girl was shot in the stomach, a 23-year-old man was hit in the leg and 55-year-old man was also struck with a bullet in the Castle Hill housing project at 9:18 p.m., police said.
The night’s first shootings took place in the west Bronx at around 8:15 p.m. when a man in his 20s was shot in the back and a 17-year-old youth was hit in the shoulder by the same gunman.
The man was the intended target while the teen was a bystander, sources said.
Another victim was shot in the groin after an argument in Bedford-Stuyvensant at around 9:30 p.m.
A shooting at the Sheepshead Bay Houses took place minutes later when a man was struck in the torso.
At 10:05 p.m., a man was shot in the torso at Grant Avenue and East 164th Street in The Bronx.
Later, a 19-year-old was arguing with a group of men at the Bushwick Houses in Brooklyn when he was shot in the stomach at around 10:45 p.m.
