A 15-year-old boy was dragged by a group of men out of a Bronx bodega and stabbed in the neck — and he was able to run a block to the hospital before dying from his injuries, cops said Thursday.
The victim, Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, ran into the Zesarina Grocery on East 183rd Street near Bathgate Avenue in Belmont after being chased by the group at around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
The boy, who lived a block away, argued with the group inside before the dispute took a violent turn.
Guzman-Feliz, a student at the Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health and Science Charter School in The Bronx, was stabbed repeatedly, including once in the neck, sources said.
Sources say the thugs took off in a black Honda sedan and the bleeding teen managed to get to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
“He tried to run into the store because he thought he’d be safe. They dragged him from the store like a dog,” the victim’s devastated sister, Genesis Collado-Feliz, 17, said Thursday through tears. “They were grown men and he was only 15.”
Cops say the victim knew the suspects and the stabbing may have been gang-related.
