The personal Twitter account of a Nassau County Police Department spokeswoman is littered with rude, crude jabs at critics of President Trump — including one telling Jane Fonda to “die already.”
“Hanoi Jane should SHUT THE F-?-K UP !!” Detective Maureen Roach, who is also a public information officer for the department, tweeted on Saturday, using the derisive nickname bestowed on the actress for her Vietnam-era protests. “Die already b-?-?-h.”

The tweet was a response to an article about Fonda’s comparison of Trump to Hitler — and one of several targeted at critics of the president.
“Hey B-?-?-h .. you are ruining this country,” Roach tweeted on Thursday about House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
Other targets are Rob Reiner, Alyssa Milano and Robert De Niro.
Law enforcement sources confirmed the account was Roach’s.
“You have to keep in mind that she’s off-duty,” said the department’s head public information officer, Detective Lt. Richard LeBrun. “She is exercising her First Amendment right.”
A message left at a phone number listed for Roach wasn’t returned as of Sunday evening.
