Background
Steve is a veteran cops and crime reporter from New Jersey. During his time at the New York Post, he’s written about the burgeoning “tranq” epidemic, the war in Ukraine, the migrant crisis and all manner of metro mayhem throughout the five boroughs. Before working for The Post, he covered law enforcement for The Record in Bergen County, NJ, where he regularly harassed police officials. He also appeared on the show “Very Scary People with Donnie Wahlberg” to talk about the “Times Square Killer,” a notorious murderer who targeted women throughout New York and New Jersey in the 1960s and 70s. He didn't get to meet Donnie Wahlberg.
